Coastal Corporation provided the customer with a twin spindle DS80 machine that increased productivity and reduced cycle time.

The customer saved the setup time with reduced floor space with our twin spindle DS80 machine. We also added automation where a single operator can operate 4 machines at a time, reducing fatigue and increasing efficiency. The cycle time of the component was just a few seconds, which can cause fatigue to the operator. Our solution eliminated this problem by allowing the operator to load the components in bulk, and the machine automatically loads the components.
